Floral Care Tips
To keep your flowers looking fresh and vibrant for as long as possible, follow these simple steps:

Change Water Regularly – Refresh the water and re-trim the stems every day or two to prevent bacteria buildup.

Keep Cool – Display your bouquet in a cool spot away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts.

Remove Wilting Blooms – Gently remove any wilted or drooping flowers to keep the arrangement fresh and beautiful.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method is current. Failed payments may result in a delay or cancellation of your subscription.
Billing and Auto-Renewal
By subscribing, you authorize Club Bouquet to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (based on your selected frequency) until you cancel.
You will be billed at the rate and frequency you selected at the time of subscription. Prices may vary due to flower availability or seasonal adjustments; you will be notified in advance of any changes.
The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
Delivery Policy
At Club Bouquet, we’re committed to delivering fresh, beautiful flowers on time. Please review our delivery details below.
Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to Natick and select nearby MetroWest towns. If your town isn’t listed at checkout, we may not serve your area yet. Email us at [email protected] to express interest—we’re growing!
Delivery Timing & Confirmation: Deliveries are made on Fridays. While exact times aren’t guaranteed, you’ll receive a confirmation by email or text once your order arrives.
If the recipient isn’t available, we’ll leave the flowers in a safe spot or with a neighbor and send a notification. Changes to delivery frequency must be made at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance via your account.
Weather & Unforeseen Delays: Severe weather or unforeseen events may cause delays. If this happens, we’ll contact you with updates.
Please double-check delivery details—we’re not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Modifications to Subscription
You may pause or modify your subscription (e.g., change frequency, delivery address, or bouquet preferences) through your account settings. All changes must be submitted at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance of your next scheduled delivery.
Cancellation Policy

Any orders already processed or shipped before cancellation are non-refundable.
Refunds and Returns: Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will work with you to address the issue.
